Training
Training can be provided in any of the skills we provide:
- Website design and maintenance
- Website marketing and optimisation
- General office software (word processing, spreadsheets etc...)
- Business software and bespoke systems
Often, training is provided as part of the website or office services we deliver. Our aim is not to lock the client into a situation of needing constant support, although that is available if required. When new websites or office systems are implemented we can then guide the appropriate personnel into safe and confident usage of the new systems, so that business can continue uninterrupted and the general skill base of the organisation is increased.
Training is delivered by experienced and qualified lecturers or trainer/assessors. The delivery can be by a variety of methods:
- Formal lectures in a classroom environment
- Seminar or informal groups
- Practical hands-on training in the workplace
- Floor walking or hand holding
